Meet The Team

Andrew Chapman

Andrew was formerly the General Manager of Operations and Development for Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM) for nearly 10 years and has a wealth of experience in Park Design and Development as well buying, selling, operating and performance improvement of Holiday Parks and their management.  Andrew holds a Diploma in Holiday Park and Resort Management and has operated a number of his own businesses and holiday parks in his career. Over the last 10 years, has collaborated with numerous local and state government bodies on numerous projects.  These have included master plan designs, business planning, development of operational policies and procedures, operational management, leases and new project costings and assessments.

Cara provides valuable administrative support to the team. As an ex-park manager herself, Cara also has strong hands-on operational experience at park level. 

Together, this strong combination of industry skills, expertise and knowledge, provides clients with comfort and trust that they can depend on IPS to get the job done.

Hire me Holiday Parks – Belinda Thomas has been involved in Tourist Park Management for over 15 years, and has an incredible passion for Holiday Parks and the Hospitality and Tourism industries. Belinda’s career began in Frontline Management of a park and in August 2014, she made the decision to start her own business. Hire Me Holiday Parks is an industry-specific online job board and recruitment business. Belinda holds Diplomas in Business, Management and Holiday Parks & Resorts and is a qualified Trainer Assessor (TAE).


Luke Porter- Consultant Bachelor Business (Accounting & Finance) and CPA.  Luke has over 15 years’ experience in senior accounting and finance roles in the RV manufacturing, outbound tourism and the domestic tourist park industry.  Luke has a vast experience in the tourist park management industry and his practical understanding of park operations is complimented by a strong finance background.  Luke has experience collaborating with local and state government bodies and has taken a lead role in many recent consulting projects.  These projects have included park financial forecasting, masterplan designs, business planning and new project costings and assessments.

Human Resources

My Human Resources Manager- Sandra King has worked as a Human Resources consultant for over 20 years, managing every aspect of the employee lifecycle. Sandra says her point of difference includes her unique approach to integrate with her client’s businesses to relieve them from the quagmire of HR, provide them with value for money solutions and save them time.
Sandra is a Certified Professional with the Australian Human Resources Institute, has a Graduate Diploma of Human Resources, Diploma of Business Management, Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessing and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Law
